I get a bill for service not rendered

I got a sim card couriered to me without a modem after my application was declined. Then the modem arrives after many emails about a month later. I get billed for the month I did not have a modem. And I selected the cheapest option just to be billed for the expensive one. Not happy! Typically a division of Telkom
