Horrible service
This is now the sixth month in a row that my data has not been loaded. This has happened more than six times, it just happens consecutively now. I am FED UP with having to ask for my data to be loaded every single month. We pay ON TIME, so why can’t you load my data on time! I can’t even call it bad service as I received NONE! No one answers a phone, when someone does react to an answer e-mail or Whatsapp you have to wait YET AGAIN for the data to be loaded, and surprise surprise, I hasn’t been loaded! I am so DONE! Hoping on a refund and then I’m taking my business elsewhere.

06 Aug 2020, 20:19This issue has still not been resolved. Some of the MOST *********** people I have ever done business with. Basic math is even an issue for them. Cancelled. Will be stopping the debit order at the bank too to ensure they never ever get another cent from me. Sick and tired of these imbeciles.
