Horrible experience with Homecloud solutions

Ive been trying to cancel for 7 days now and then the debit order goes off which will be another struggle im sure to get back. Slow response rates,no replies to emails and their support service on phones are rude and unprofessional. The sales process was great but that feels like the norm for any company trying to get your contract.
