Homecloud - the height of frustration

I would like to warn any person ever considering to work with Homecloud Solutions. These people are quick to take your money but leave you high and dry with Wifi issues and are also never ever available telephonically to chat. They also do not reply to questions on the website even when they are "live". Since joining them I have had about 8 changes to my sim card with them telling me its faulty each time. I sent them a cancellation of my contract email last week and even though I have sent it again in the same week I have had no response at all.

Heaven help us all!!
