Homecloud *****ing money and not giving data as per agreement

Good day, these people send you invoice to pay for 60 gig R586 per month but then only load 40 gig per month, then they tell me roll over policy, how can I pay for something and net getting what I pay for? Everyone I speak to says its wrong doesn't work like this , what I pay must receive. They ******, ***** your money and don't give data as per invoice and agreement. Stay away from them!!
