Homecloud solutions terrible customer service

I currently have a contract with homecloud and today is the 1st of the month and it's says I'm out of bundle and yet I was supposed to be topped up today .No matter how many numbers you call you can never get through to them. I even have Nwabisa cell number of which she never answers and last month I got a new sim card delivered after not having any service for half the month and then when I did get service the data was finished before the month was even over even though I hardly used it. Now it's the new month and there is still no data no matter whether I reset or switch the router on and off. I even spoke to Jared last month who said he will send me the sim card and he gave me a number but when you call he never answers it. My sim was delivered without even a phone call or sms to let me know that it was being delivered. Absolutely pathetic customer service. I want to cancel but cannot even get through to them on any number or e mail address provided on their useless website.
