Homecloud poor service

I am a Homecloud customer for over 2 years, and every month ON TIME I make a EFT transfer, and NOT ONCE were late on payment, but every month battle to get my data loaded. This month is enough.... I made as usual a EFT payment on the 1st and today the 9th still no data loaded. I tried contacting them and even their support line keeps giving a 404 error. They often change their payment options and now they do not except EFT payments, and only mailed me this on the 4th after I payed.
