Homecloud bungling idiots in the technology age

https://www.homecloudsolutions.co.za/ Do not use this ISP. they do not know what they are doing. I just signed up with them witht the package 100gb +100gb. In December 2019 we used up all our data befor month end. I bought a top up of 60gb+60gb. on January1st my day date was not allocated but my night data rolled over. They have a no roll over data policy. since then i have been trying to sort out the day data. I have tried to contact them the various support numbers, there is no answer. I have contacted them on the chat site but not very helpful . i will cnacel this account and find another ISP who will give me the support. These people do not know what they are doing. They are bungling idiots in a circus
