For about a year I had a data Sim from these guys, about 6 days ago I received no signal or data from them but on the 25th of May the debit order went through and I thought that things would be back in order, but to no avail. When you phone their office numbers no one answer, if you send emails - no reply. If you log a service ticket on their website no one gets back to you. The only thing that I could do was to reverse the debit order, I mean why should I pay for a service if no service was given? If someone can give some feedback on what happened to the company it would be great, I am not the only ony that is frustrated about this. Regards Gert
