Home Cloud worst internet service provider
Home Cloud is the worst internet service provider. For the last 3 months i didnt recieve the data that is on my contract. I have sent mails without a real response. The contact center does not answer the phone. I dont believe that the whatsapp help line works either. I want tp know how can i get out of this contract they do not supply what was agreed.

10 Jul 2019, 14:47Its really bad Lauren. The worst is it is a Telkom third party that supplies internet. I heard from a Telkom rep that they have someone handling the Hellopeter queries. Hopefully something will come from this.
