HOME CLOUD SUCKS.... *****!!!

I app**** for one of their internet bundles and they were very quick to call me for all my documentations that were required in order to process my application. few weeks after i followed up asking about my application its was still being reviewed and i left it bear in mind this was sometime in Jan.

got a call from Curtley few weeks after asking me if i want to upgrade to a contact which will include a WIFI router and i agreed... redid my application Nikita called as i needed to resend my docs which i did!

I AM STILL AWAITING CONFIRMATION OF MY APPLICATION. I DON'T KNOW WHETHER IT HAS BEEN APPROVED OR DECLINED BUT I'M RECEIVING EMAILS THAT MY ACCOUNT IS IN ARREARS.... WFT??? their services SUCKS no one is calling me back and i cant get through.
