Home cloud - stay away !!!!!

1 Star is even too much for this company. Stay away. The hassle is just not worth it. If you pay for a 40gig contract, they base the data that they give you in the new month on the previous months usage. So if last month you only used 10 GB of your 40gb that you paid for, you are only loaded with 10gb for the next month. Try explaining it to idiotic Laurelda who starts talking about roll over policies when you try to explain that you are not getting what you are paying for. They a thick headed bunch of nitwits. Dont waste your time or your effort. Just dont join this company......ever. They are also going against ICASA's rules regarding data roll over policies. This is company that will go under cos management has no finger on the pluse and staff members are not being held accountable for the information and service they provide or what they do. This is a company where managment is uncontactable and this allows uneducated fools run riot and do as they please. I'm done with them and I just cancelled my contract with no notice period.
