I won't mention all the things that have happened, but I will mention my most recent hiccup with them...

In one month, I buy 3 topups, each costing R402...

Only 2 of them get activated...

ONE MONTH later, this chick decides she's now going to activate it, after I've said I wanted the money refunded to me...

This company is IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of...

If you are trying to get hold of them, and cannot... Try this:

Go onto https://weaverbird.co.za/ and call ********** , the people that work at Weaverbird, work in the same building as Home Cloud...

I was able to speak to someone at Home Cloud by calling the weaverbird people and asking them to hand the phone over to a staff member at Home Cloud...

Now, if that doesn't speak volumes, I don't know what will...
