Home Cloud Solutions - Poor service from a terrible provider

I was promised download speeds of between 40 & 90 Mbps bit was only getting lees than 10. I have sent numerous queries to them regarding this and other issues and don't get any responses from the company regarding this.

I have had no internet access since the beginning of the month and still have had no feedback. When I try and get hold of the support manager I get put on hold or leave messages which are never returned.

I would not recommend their service at all
