Home cloud Solution are useless!

Worst service you can ever get , They never return calls nor messages, I’ve been trying to get ahold of them for days Regarding my data . I get a new SIM card last week and this week it says no data . I then Top Up and yet my WiFi still says out of bundle. This company shouldn’t even get 1 star because they are totally useless. Don’t ever use them !!!!!
