Home Cloud PATHETIC SERVICE

Can't complain about Home Clouds service because there is none! Almost 48 hours after topping up I still have no connectivity. Multiple emails sent to multiple people to query, no response. Live chat offline most the time and when online you get no response. None of the listed phone numbers work. To top it all, we drive to their listed address and guess what??? No Home Cloud office there. But you will gladly take our money every month. Pathetic to say the least!
