********** COMPANY. GOING TO HAND THEM OVER FOR *****. I received great service from them for the first month. From the second month, I had only ONE week of Service. I then contacted them and told them I wanted to close my account. For two months after, I could not get hold of them. I reported them here on Hello Peter. They were not answering their phone line, they were not answering messages on Whatsapp. They did not answer NUMEROUS emails I sent to them. Today they SMS me and tell me I owe them R3300.00 WHAT THE HELL FOR? Since I cancelled my account. They debited my account twice but for two months I did notI get a service. I asked the bank to reverse payment for the one month but for the second month I lost out. I'm fed up and am going to do my best to lay charges against this company for ***** as clearly, they are taking EVERYONE for a big ride. I WILL NOT BE PAYING THEM ONE CENT AND THERE WILL BE HELL TO PAY IF THEY PUT IN A BAD RATING AGAINST MY NAME DUE TO CREDIT. THEY SHOULD BE PAYING ME BACK.
