HOME CLOUD IS A HOAX AND MOST HORRIBLE COMPANY

I am close to tears with these people! They change their monthly premium by just a cent or two so the debit order can still go off after I have cancelled my account with them 10 months ago. Every month I get two accounts but I have no service and do not make use of their data at all. I have been trying everything to get hold of them, but after they learned that I wanted to cancel they just ignore all my emails and none of the numbers provided ever work. Where do we report companies like this? I feel that it has come to a point where it is emotionally draining and takes up so much of my time which is just being wasted. Nobody seems to be able to help with this.
