home cloud internet service bull****

Home Cloud does not answer their telephones. Nobody bothers to answer my e-mails. They cannot give me an explanation of any of my questions. Their service is pathetic - there is no after sale service at all. My service Disconnected , they claimed that they have not recieved payment , couple of days after trying to phone and sending mail after mail with no respones , Anisha confirmed that my debit order does show in the account , well we on the 20th today and still no internet service , but i bet you they will be taking the next debit order without delay with me not even using a single meg of data ..............
