Home Cloud - Horrible Service

I have been a client of Home Cloud for the past 4 years now. and every time I there is an issue and top up on the account. My account is Currently in Credit with R9860.00 and I have been trying to to get my refund for the past 2 months now with no assistance at all. only communication I have been receiving is them saying that I need to send an email to *** and I have done this many times now. No assistance at all
