Guinness World Record holders for worst possible service provider in human history - hands down!

Home Cloud is your worst nightmare. From a technical aspect the internet speeds are unstable. It can be so slow that it can be unusable especially for gaming or streaming. There are many days when the service is offline completely. From an admin point of view the entire company is extremely *********** and inefficient nobody knows what they are doing there. When I signed the contract with these people part of the package was that the night time data was uncapped. A few months down the line they just decided the night time data would not be uncapped anymore and you have to pay extra to top up.

The company refuses to this day to cancel my contract. I have had to change my email address to stop getting spammed with their constant mails and correspondence and I have had to change my entire banking details so that these people stop running their debit order on my account. On the form I filled in with them I put in bog bold letters DO NOT RUN DEBIT ORDER ON MY ACCOUNT because i paid them manually. They are **********ly debiting my account and even explaining this to about 10 different people in their company they refuse to stop.

These people are the biggest bunch of ****s and *****s you will ever encounter in your life please don't ever use these people. They need to be shut down.
