giving falls hope

<p>my wife app**** for the 20gb day and 20 gb night .after a few days waiting for a respons nobody come back and i emailed a lady at home cloud to find out what is going on . she said that telkom declined her requested but home cloud pre-aprrove her requested and waited a few day more to get a respons and after i emailed again to find out if it is approve ,the lady send me a email with the following</p> <p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>The routers have arrived at the office,distribution would be made tomorrow</p> <p> </p> <p>so that ya didnt know if it was approve .i called her and she said it was approved and they will deliever it in the next few days .two days later i called home cloud and they said they will call back .after a hour or so a guy called me and said we have to pay R700 exstra for the router . im really unhappy about giving me falls hope that it is approved and then on the website it free router and becuse her credit score is low you have to pay exstra .i think i must cancel her requested and go my self to telkom because feed back and customer service suck at home cloud ...</p>
