False Advertising

NEVER USE HOME CLOUD!!!!!I decided to get the 40gig sim only package with free delivery for R355/ month as advertised on Facebook and on the Home Cloud Home Page. After I completed the paperwork they send me a invoice for R50 delivery, pro rata data even before I have received the SIM and the monthly subscription fee went up to R374/m. I immediately canceled of course but then they still deducted the invoice amount from my account. They only phoned me today after I threatened then with the Ombudsman and they said that they made a mistake with the advertising amount and will rectify it. But still I will never do business with them ever again.
