Extremely unsatisfied customer

This is the most USELESS company and customer service I have experienced in my life. I have uploaded a once off top-up a week ago, they received their money, but no the data is still not reflecting on my side due to technical issues.

This company shows an extreme lack of accountability - nobody answers the phone numbers provided for customer support, and if I manage to get hold of someone they advise to do a “live chat” which is useless as well or they indicate to escalate the issue. The customer service of this company is extremely poor.

I would not recommend this company at all!
