Disgusting ********* customer service very terrible don't do business with them

Can any one please help me with this ********* company homecloud solution After getting bad service totally disgusting I'm still being billed for a service I'm not receiving. As per my telephonic conversation after telling them of their terrible service I agreed as per conversation with them I have cancelled and as they wanted I will pay the delivery fee. This is not fair I cancelled not getting any service from them yet I'm billed after I was told it was a month to month contract by Shaun. After I agreed to the contract I could not get ahold of anyone after emails and calls they responded a week later.. disgusting.
