Disgusting service

Terrible service. I cant see how u people operate a call centre. One calls through to get to reception and then you should be considered lucky when u get through. When you do get through you are placed on hold. This is call avoidance. Plain and simple call centre etiquette. When you do get through to an agent they promise to call you back in Tech Support. I have been struggling witb two sim swaps that I have to get sorted in order to have my business going. This has not been done on both accounts. Im calling whole day and its the same thing over and over. I would rather want to business with another company.
