Debit orders with no service

Homecloud is debting my bank account without providing any service. After numerous attempts to contacting the helpdesk , whatsapp customer care centre and emails , their staff is just unhelpful. When you call them , they actually tell you that you owe them , but dont actual realize that a i am a month to month customer who pays in advance who will never be in a position to owe them. I told them to cancel my contract via an email -no response, whatsapp messages gets delivered and no responses , via calls same situation. Everything about this service provider is wrong
