Debit money but no simcard

Hi there Im very angry at you guys....they called me regarding about they deal and it was awsome.Alot of gigs wich could help me with my work and school work.They delevered the simcard but there was noo simcard.I tried to get hold of them on whatsapp wich they lady assit me but did not get a reply back.Even on email i sent them a email but did not answer back...They debit my money and but i reversed it.So they called me and ask why did i reverse and i told them that i did not get a simcard.How can you debit someone money but does not have a simcard??? Custormer's is good but it's really s!@# what they doing
