This business is more in the ******** business than providing data. For several months I had no use of the paid service because their accounts department is so useless they cannot allocate payments. When I finally found w=someone with a braincell, I got the service going but last month they decided aqgain that my account was in arrewars when the dashboard shows ZERO owing. I pay by debot order. They have not supp**** my data for October or Novermber. What is more is that on their webesite they have an online support facility that says "online" biut it actually does not exist. They never ever respond. Then the best is *** that gives an immediate reply that it is unatended and refers you back to thye usless website. They have 4 WApp support numbers. Only one actually works. The deployment that assists is so mindlessly stupid that all it can say is eish your account is in arrears. And then it fails to reply. Ever again!
