Data disapearing-*******?-no customer service-don't even deserve 1 star.

I have been a customer for 2 years now. I want to cancel my contract as these people have no customer service at all. Have logged hundreds of tickets, phones not working (thus can not cancel contract), sent whatsapps, commented on their FB page, sent e-mails (return e-mail said that the mailbox is not manned, use web to log a ticket), messenger. Data keep disappearing... A year ago I managed to get a statement of usage, which showed that night time data was deducted from day time data. Nothing done. Also the most rude people in the world! Well this is to record that I am cancelling my debit order and I am not able to contact them to cancel my contract. Disgusting company!
