**** Service from Home Cloud Solutions

I have taken up a package with these idiots and each month I get the wrong allocation loaded. Then it's a massive struggle to get them to even answer your query. I have been trying to get hold of them through all their communication channels but get nothing. The person who initially assisted me, Shaun April, doesn't even respond to my whatsapp messages or calls. I want to cancel this **** service but how can I if I can't get hold of them. Their technical support (I doubt they are even qualified or capable to be called this) is just as unresponsive. I really wonder if Telkom is aware of this service offering and if they realise what a **** name THEY are getting because of these idiots. And I see they do not even care what is written about them on line!!!
