Beyond ridiculous

I took out a Wi-Fi pkan with abo e mentioned company..... Just after a few says nit even a week after I received it, i spoke to them and told them that ut is not picking up at work or at home so i want to cancel it and they can send c ouriers to come and fetch the modem..... This is now i think very close to a year, i don't even think i used 1 gb data more likely to be 500 mb, every month they send me the account i need to pay before i can cancel..... How can i pay for something i didn't use..... Then they still tell me my services is going to be suspended if I don't pay, i wonder what services because there is no service active..... This is now really ridiculous
