Baddest, weakest, junk service ever

Taking debit order. Not reloading your data bundles, and now, i must at re register my sim. What the hell is going. How do i cansell my service. Home cloud is unreachable, no ticket number, no emails, and no fones are working. There is literally no one helping or assisting, home cloud is unreachable and this is ongoing for more tham 6 month, can some please assist in this matter with more info on how to reach them
