Bad servise from home cloud

i have been receiving the most horrible service from home cloud. i have a month to month contract paying for 80GB data per month and for the last 3 months i noticed i only 40gb per month and still pay the full amount. This month its been a week later and my account still have not been top up to the proper amount.
