Bad service and customer service

<p> </p> <p>Good day.</p> <p>I enquired about a wifi package with Homecloud solutions.i then took the package amd thought about upgrading and the person called me to say all i need to do was type a email to for a change in my package</p> <p>Now i missed 1 payment and i've been wanting to cancel before that already and they now tell i cant cancel.....</p> <p>They are a total ******* for a capped wifi package.i can get myself a uncapped line for the amount i am paying with them</p> <p>I WANT TO GET OUT......PLEASE HELP</p> <p> </p>
