Bad Customer Service

I sent emails to various agents of Home cloud solutions but nobody responded for a week. A data only sim was delivered to my house without me applying for it, I also want to upgrade my account which I'm having second thoughts now as these guys don't care about their clients. I will not recommend anyone to join this ISP as they are closely linked to Telkom and can see it in their customer service.
