Bad bad bad bad bad service, stay away

I just signed up with Homecloud for a 40+40 Gb package for R529-00 pm. I firstly struggled to get connected,.....took about a week. Once connected, I was told that my balance was 10+10. Their pro-rata policy clearly states that if you get connected at the middle of the month, you will still get the full amount of data and just pay the pro-rata amount at the end of the month. Nobody can be contacted on a phone. The operator told me that I should have checked the website before committing. I did, she clearly did not, blaming covid for that. Lame excuse. Really not a good experience. I am going to cancel....
