Hy my name is Mercia i live at khutsong carletonville, i requested a vuma home wifi rooter on tuesday 10 june 2025 and paid the amount of R299 on Wednesday the 11th that has not been delivered even today 17 june 2025. The agent that helped me to apply for the home router seems to have no efforts towards this, i registered using my younger sisters name bcos my old router is suspended due to changing of address, my sisters names are Paulinah Zameka Mqushekiwe.

What hurt most we cant even contact the vuma suppliers directly, its only through their field agent or robot chat board😔😔😔
