Unhappy client

Each and every month we have a problem with our wifi,its doesnt connect,it says no internet but when we don't pay earlier they are quick to disconnect. And they say I have an outstanding amount of R11000 which I don't understand how it got to that amount, since 2021 I've been complaining about rain and telling them to cancel my account with them since they never cared to resolve my issue.
