The rain 5G ****

Have the 5g Sim router and 2 phone Sim cards.2.5 weeks I have it and all it says is connected with no internet.Early morning there is little time it's but nothing daily.Tried to contact them opened 10 different contact details no sign of any numbers.Ai bot not working.Only conclusion can be it's a **** a below par product hustled to unsuspecting citizens.Is there a ombudsman because this is ***** misleading the public.
