We having trouble with your service since the 17th of July we been waiting for them to come and install the internet cable there customer service are so useless as they don't do what they suppose to do been waiting for there managers to give me a call and still nothing they close tickets with out any problems being resolved we just want our cable to be installed but so one is helping and no installers are coming to install the cable there service are useless and we there no help soon we are forced to cancel there service as we been waiting so long with out internet but expected to pay full price for no internet they really *********** and useless at there service
