Rain wifi : Worst wifi

Rain wifi is the worst wifi, its how you find it working for your neighbor but will have bad or no internet connection for you, Its been over a week mow without network, yet we never skip a payment and ive noticed how this only happens when we are approaching time for payment, and they never make up for the days that went by without it, we always pay in full. The staff never communicates or get back to customers complaining. I use it for school purpose as an online student, now l have to miss classes because of its incompetence
