Rain bad bad service

From 11 Dec I am trying to cancel my home router,till today it was not done Every time they are logging calls Every day yhe system are off, slow, error For wifi company this is just redecilous They debited my acc for both devices and everytime I am telling them I canselled the devise and they just telling me the devise is active I am planning to cansel all my devices with Rain
