Rain are rouges

I finally got Rain Wifi after 5 years. Extremely disappointing. They debited my account for more than the premium which was not discussed. I have called them 5 times to cancel a subscription which i didn't even ask for. Who asked you to include and subscription that i didn't ask for? If i didn't agree then why would you add on subscription i didn't approve off? No answers to any of my questions. Pathetic experience once again with RAIN. Really pathetic as I will never get my money back.

PLEASE DONT DO BUSINESS WITH RAIN. THEY rsROB PEOPLE BY DEBITING EXTRA PREMIUMS.
