Poor Vodacom WiFi service

Since December 2024 where i upgrade to the new router it were giving problems. Shows connected without internet. Gave the router in at vodacom repairs in Greenacres and swop apparently with new router. Giving same problems. Gave the router in again twice and still problem are not solved. We went back in this month again just to say that there are no signal. The router of rain got signal in this area. Vodacom canceled the contract beginning of the month. They deducted the full amount which they deduct every month today.
