Poor service, no technical support

Rain is only doing good job when they want you to purchase their product, when you've it you're on your own. No technical support, I'm on 3rd month with 101 router, never enjoyed it. No network, poor connection and they'll promise you a human support and you wait forever. I regret getting this product .
