Poor service

I don't recommend Rain Home WiFi to anyone, I've experienced the worst service ever. I've cancelled them after a month due to poor service but they still debit my account after cancellation. I made several calls for refund, they always promise to get back to me but at the end no one calls me or willing to assist. I rate their service 0/10
