Personnel as slow as their wifi

Been a loyal customer for ywars, even upgrading to fibre. Now that I have a problem as I don't have any internet, I must wait DAYS for someone to contact me!!! I work from home as an educator online, what the hell man!! Your service ia poor. Seen my uncapped ia also not uncapped like you said and signal is very bad.
