pathetic service from cancellation department

i have cancelled this subscription in March this year and every month Rain wifi is billing me. every time i send a whatsapp to them to cancel, they call me back and say the cancellation is in process. when i check again, they say no cancellation was logged. they have given me a bill for about R1500 since march 2026 and say i owe them and they cant see the cancellation on their side. Their have pathetic service and i would not recommend them to any one that wants to take out a contract with them. this is supposed to be a month to month contract but i am having issues to cancel.
