I would like to write a review about supersonic wifi the service is very poor they forced the customers to pay up front payment before they can deliver the router and they have no communication they will inform us that the customers will receive the route

I would like to write a review about supersonic wifi the service is very poor they forced the customers to pay up front payment before they can deliver the router and they have no communication they will inform us that the customers will receive the router within 5 working days but they deliver after 3weeks. And no contact or any feedback their service is poor when you call them they don't answer their switch board phone.. After you receive the router.. You struggle with the network connection still when you call them nowhere to be found.. Please hello Peter help us with this company.. 😭🙏🙏
